How much will my postage be??

We have made this table below which will give you a rough idea of how much your shipping will be. There are slightly different shipping rates between the North and South Islands and of course to International destinations.

Will you ship my order to an International Location?

Yes, we are more than happy to ship to international locations or get you a quote. You will be responsible for paying any duties or taxes once the item arrives in your country. It is also advisable to pay for insurance when placing an international order.

What is Isolated Online Shop?

Isolated online shop is an NZ Online Bodyboarding store designed to cater to the needs of NZ Bodyboarders and also anyone who rides a bodyboard or just likes some of the product we have and wants to support the sport we know and love. isolated Online Shop is owned and operated by Kevin McAlister and Paulus Herewini and we will always do our best to make sure our customers are happy and that you are receiving the products you want and the service you deserve!

How can I pay?

Currently we have facilities for Cash, Cheque, Bank Draft and Direct Credit Payments. In the near future we will be set up to accept Credit Card Payments

Returns and Damaged Items

We will only accept returns on items that are returned to us in the same condition that they arrived with you. If you receive an item in the post or by courier that is damaged DO NOT SIGN FOR IT. We will not return on items that are the wrong size unless it is our error - email us for specific size measurements to be certain you are getting the right fit. Warranty on boards is usually specific to the manufacturer and is based on manufacturer defects NOT damage from wear and tear from general use. Our policy is repair, replace and if all else fails refund!
